In this session, I’ll explore digital resilience as a product principle: how we can design products that help people stay in control of their digital lives as technology becomes more automated, complex, and powerful.
The core question I want to open up is simple:
Does what we build make people more capable, or more dependent?
Drawing from my experience building privacy focused products, I’ll share how strong principles can help teams make better product decisions. Sometimes the most responsible design choice is not to add more, but to choose more carefully.
